Ida struck the Louisiana coast at about 12:00 am ET (20:00 Moscow time). The National Hurricane Center has warned wind speeds of up to 240 km / h.
As a result, more than a million Louisiana residents were left without electricity, and the Mississippi River changed its direction.
The video shows an empty street. By the movement of the rain, you can see how strong the wind is.
