Multi-storey building collapses into river after reservoir discharges floodwater in China
A three-storey building collapsed into a flooded river after a reservoir discharged water after heavy rain in central China.
The video, filmed in the city of Nanyang in Henan Province on September 25 shows a three-storey building sliding into the river.
According to the filmer named Mr Fang, the water level in Yahekou Reservoir rose due to the heavy rain. The reservoir then discharged the floodwater, washing the building away.
Fortunately, no one was injured.
The video was provided by local media with permission.
