Amusing footage from Sweden shows a dog howling along as his owner plays a piece of classical music on the piano.

Footage captured by Jakob Ruthberg last year shows "Ronja" lending his melodious touch to "Thais" by Jules Massenet.

"My friend and I were planning to do a concert and were rehearsing," said Ruthberg.

"As we started to play, the dog began singing almost in pitch... well, at least in the beginning. I managed to catch this funny scene on camera," he added.

The video filmed by Jakob Ruthberg features the pup interrupting its owner's opera rehearsal by lending its sweet voice to the musical act.

"This was filmed at my friend's place outside Stockholm," Jakob commented. "My friend and I were planning to do a concert and were rehearsing Thais by Massenet for violin and piano.

"As we started to play, the dog (Ronja) began singing almost in pitch... well, at least in the beginning. I managed to catch this funny scene on camera."
