Armed Forces paraded along a main road in Leeds City Centre yesterday (Sunday 14th November) The parade was part of Remembrance Sunday Service to remember those who fought & lost their lives in wars across the world. The service was held at the Cenotaph on Victoria Gardens just off The Headrow. A 2 minute silence at 11am was held during the service in front of 1000s. The Lord Mayor of Leeds Cllr Asghar Khan & local MP's Rachel Reeves & Hilary Benn also attended the procession to the sound of a brass band by The Salvation Army that finished at Leeds Civic Hall on Millennium Square.
