Iconic Knife Angel sculpture illuminated in West Yorkshire City

An iconic sculpture named The Knife Angel, has been touring the United Kingdom and has now arrived in a West Yorkshire City. The sculpture made from 100,000 knives and blades, (some of which have been used in knife crime) has been placed outside the Royal Armouries Museum at Leeds Dock until the end of February 2024. The work of art that is illuminated 24 hours a day, was created by artist Alfie Bradley and the British Ironworks Centre, based in Oswestry, England. It was created to help highlight and tackle knife crime.
