The plastic artist Muhammad Al-Hajj recycles waste and transforms it into artistic and heritage pieces, like models of Al- Aqsa Mosque and the holy mosque of Mecca. In the last Gaza war, he made the towers that were bombed, and the weapons used in that war, including tanks and planes, as he considers that each object has meaning and connotations, and is linked to one of the events we are going through, whether it is painful or joyful. The artist was keen to take advantage of the lockdown imposed during the pandemic to implement many of these pieces, hoping that he would be able to participate in the future in Arab or international exhibitions.
