A young man rescued an elderly man engulfed in flames after he accidentally fell into a fire pit in southern China.

Video shot in the city of Bazhong in Sichuan Province on November 30 shows an elderly man suddenly falling down near a fire pit when he was smoking pork and his clothes being lit by the fire.

The fire then spread out and engulfed the old man and he was struggled to stand up.

A young man named He then ran to the old man and put out the flames.

Since the old man had high blood pressure, he suddenly fainted when he was smoking pork.

Thanks to He, the old man only suffered burns to his hand.
