A section of a mud wall collapsed and damaged a residential building in southern China.

The video was filmed in the city of Bazhong in Sichuan Province on April 2.

According to a resident named He, the incident occurred at around 6:00 pm. The local police and firefighters arrived promptly at the scene. Although no one was injured, the building was damaged and residents were concerned about the safety of their homes.

According to the developer's employees, the collapsed section was the "mud wall" between Building 7 and Building 6. After the incident, the residents were evacuated, and they were moved to a nearby hotel.

On the afternoon of April 3, the housing department in Bazhong City responded, saying that the affected buildings had been taken under control. The affected residents have been accommodated in a hotel. The relevant authorities have set up an expert panel to assess the risk and investigate the cause of the accident.

The video was provided by local media with permission.
