Japan: Sakurajima Volcano Spews Kilometers-High Plume Of Ash In Recent Eruption
Sakurajima Volcano spewed a kilometers-high plume of ash during its eruption past 1 pm today, January 28.
Today's eruption saw an ash cloud rise to more than 3,000 meters following an observed explosion, the fourth this year. An alert is currently raised to level 3.
