Bystander watches in disbelief at this horrendous parking fail.

Megan Wood, 24, Finance Officer from Gainsborough, Lincolnshire was waiting in a car park in Lincolnshire on the 29th December, 2021, to be picked up when she fell witness to this hilarious attempt at parking.

The painful video shows the driver with their window open, slowly backing up into the kerb, thinking they are backing up into the parking space.

After two more attempts, seemingly only making it worse for themselves, they end up directly on top of the kerb.

Ms Wood said: "I was waiting in the car park to be picked up and I saw a person attempting to reverse into a bay.

"They had tried twice before I started recording the video and each time they got further and further away from the bay.

"Prior to my recording starting, a couple walking past asked the driver if they wanted a hand to be guided into the bay but the driver quite rudely told them, 'I’m fine go away'.

"The driver continued to try to reverse as in the video and in the end drove off just after the video ended.

"I couldn’t believe how bad some people drive, If you are unable to reverse into the bay just go in forwards.

"I thought it was rude the way the driver spoke to the people offering help, I was also stunned that the driver didn’t appear to feel the car mounting the large kerb!

"Had there been a pushchair or person stood there, the driver would never have known and could have hurt someone, it's very dangerous.

"What's weird is that there was a passenger in the car that made no attempt to aid the driver either"
