A dramatic video has emerged of a car crashing then almost hitting another vehicle on a highway in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, in rainy conditions on Thursday.

The footage, captured from the dashcam of one of the cars, shows one vehicle spinning off the road and smashing into a barrier, before careering across the highway and narrowly missing the filmer's car.
