Woman allegedly finds live cockroach in Starbucks' drink in China
A woman allegedly found a live cockroach in her Starbucks drink in China.
Video filmed in the city of Shenzhen in Guangdong Province on March 10 shows a live cockroach moving inside a cup that a woman bought from Starbucks.
The Starbucks' customer service team has contacted the woman and followed the case up.
After checking the surveillance inside the Starbucks' shop, the process of making the drink met the criterion and no pest risk was found in the inspection by a third party company.
A local journalist has contacted the woman and she said he was too busy to deal with the case.
The woman said she did not want the compensation and the shop promised to pay attention to the hygiene in the shop and refunded the woman.
