Truckers were forced to slam on the brakes recently when a dog crossed the A1 in the UK.

Dash cam footage captured on the Doncaster Bypass on March 17 showed vehicles stopping abruptly as the animal made the treacherous crossing.

Fortunately, no one was injured and the dog was seen moments later running up a bank by the side of the road unharmed.
