Car escapes nasty crash in tyre-screeching near-miss
Well this was a close one! It happened directly next to me whilst riding my Mountain Bike along the cycle path and was captured on my helmet cam.
The red Peugeot car didn't seem to notice the cars slowing down in front until very late and had to slam on the brakes to try and stop in time. The Vauxhall in front decided to mount the kerb onto the cycle path to try and avoid a crash.
