POLICE CHASE: Traffic warden forced to prioritise (red light runner)
This driver was so close to passing through a green light but at the last second it changed to red. Unfortunately for him, an officer was right there at the junction. It seems the officer was getting ready to pull over a different car as his lights were already flashing. Maybe the offence wasn't as serious as skipping a light and he prioritised.
