Crowds evacuated as WWII shell found in Westfield London

Footage of crowds being evacuated from a Westfield shopping centre in Shepherd's Bush, London, UK on Wednesday as an unexploded World War Two shell was reportedly found.

In a statement the Metropolitan Police said officers were "assisting with the evacuation of a number of premises following the discovery of a WW2 shell in Shepherd's Bush" and "the item has been removed by specialist officers for examination".

"Congestion in the area is likely for some time", they added.
