Thief sneaks inside mobile shop, steals gadgets in western India
A thief sneaked inside a mobile shop in the middle of the night and stole several gadgets in western India Maharashtra.
The incident took place in Pune city of the eponymous district on May 24.
Visuals showed a thief crawling inside a shop from the entrance with a carry bag in his hand. His face was completely covered. He switched on the flashlight on his mobile phone so that he could see things clearly as the shop lights were switched off.
He climbed up to the table and was moving on his knees towards the gadgets kept on display for some time. In a few moments, he stood up and started to fill his carry bag with the gadgets of the shop.
Talking to Newslions Media Network, Assistant Sub Inspector N R Ranaware of Haveli Police Station said that the theft took place at the Success Mobile Shop.
A case was registered at the aforementioned police station.
An FIR has been registered against the unidentified thief under sections 457, 380, and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The miscreant is yet to be caught and an operation to nab him is ongoing.
