Steel hoarding blown away by powerful winds knocks woman over in China
A steel hoarding panel that was blown away by powerful winds knocked a woman over in eastern China.
Video filmed in the city of Zaozhuang in Shandong Province on June 13 shows strong winds pushing a steel hoarding panel along a road and into a pedestrian.
According to a witness named Mr Zhang, the woman was knocked over by the panel and laid on the ground for a while. Nearby residents called the police for help.
Fortunately, the woman was not in a life-threatening condition.
The local meteorological observatory has issued a yellow warning signal (the third strongest level) for the gale.
