Dog lifted up by elevator after leash gets trapped in doors in China
A dog was lifted up by an elevator after its leash got trapped in the doors in northern China.
CCTV footage filmed in the city of Tonghua in Jilin Province on July 1 shows a dog walking into an elevator with an elderly man.
Since the dog had a leash attached to it but the elderly man did not hold the leash in his hand, it got caught by the doors after they closed and the dog was then lifted up into the air.
After the elderly man spotted the incident, he pulled back on the leash immediately as well as pressed the alarm.
Fortunately, the doors opened after the elevator went down only one floor. The dog then fell out of its harness and landed onto the floor.
The elevator was back in operation.
