Zoo keepers helped animals cool down during heatwaves in southern China.

Video filmed in the city of Nanning in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region on July 21 shows keepers providing chilled watermelons and ice cubes, and spraying water to help elephants, hippos, toucans, giant pandas, and other animals cool down.

According to reports, the highest temperature in Nanning city was over 35C.
