Easy rider! Motorist lays on scooter without holding handlebars in China
A man laid on a scooter without holding handlebars while driving it along a road in eastern China.
The video was filmed in the city of Lishui in Zhejiang Province on August 14.
A witness said to Zhejiang Television that the man drove the scooter like that for around three minutes and passed through two traffic lights.
Local police officers are investigating the case.
