A man crashes hard while trying a skating jump down the 18-stair at Staples Center Hub, Los Angeles, United States. His board snaps in half when he abruptly lands on the ground.

"I remember waking up that day and wanting to fly down the Staples Center 18. I drove there with my buddy, Amrit. Once he got his camera ready and told me I was good to go, I ran up the stairs and didn’t even warm up", said the man in the video, Roberto Santamaria.

"My board snapped in half and I got such a huge bruise under my thigh from the impact that I could not walk for about a month", he said.

"I pushed and just ollied them without even looking at them from the top once. My board snapped in half and I got such a huge bruise under my thigh from the impact that I could not walk for about a month."
