Burmese villagers showed the traditional way of extracting oil from peanuts in Myanmar.

Footage shows farmers using what appears to be a cow-pulled grinding mill to pulverize the peanuts and release the valuable liquid into a container.

The workers lead the farm animal around in circles, powering the large contraption which crushes the peanuts into mush, with the oil funneling into a basin below.

However, the practice is fading away with the arrival of more convenient machines and production techniques.
