According to the filmer, who was searching for honey, the swarm began producing more shimmers as he got closer to the mountain honey bee hive.

According to the bee man, he is a bee hunter trying to get close to a bee hive located on a cliff. As he approached the hive, the bees flapped their wings creating waves to warn the man. If he continues to approach the swarm of bees will fly out and attack him. As he gets closer the bees will make more waves and when he is only about 1 meter away from the hive the bees will fly out and attack.
This species of bee is called the mountain bee because they often nest on the cliffs. They are also known as defensive bees because of the special defense ability unique to this bee species. When disturbed, worker bees can exhibit a defensive behavior known as "wave defense". The worker bees will flap their wings to create waves to make enemies dare not approach.
This is a venomous bee and their sting can cause swelling.
The man then climbed down because he was not wearing protective gear and could be attacked by the bees if he tried to get closer.
