Freshly grated coconut meat is used to make these delicious Thai pancakes.

Footage shows the traditional snack called 'Ba Bin' being made from the tasty part of the nut mixed with milk, sugar, salt, and glutinous rice flour at a shop in Bangkok, Thailand.

The batter is placed on a square plate and then coated with delicious sweet toppings. It is then flipped continuously until cooked.

The street food stall cooks its rice cake on a hot plate, which can also be prepared on a charcoal fire. Customers say it is best eaten with coffee.

One visitor said: 'Back in the day, they used a thin metal sheet over charcoal. Now they use metal plates, but the taste is still as good. I like to eat mine with coffee.'
