A kind food app rider helped remove a gold ring that was stuck on his customer's swollen finger.

The worker delivered a bag of noodles to a home when she noticed the bulge in shopper Thanyarat Somsa's hand in Chon Buri province, eastern Thailand, on November 4.

He asked what was wrong and when Thanyarat said she will use the sewing material to remove the accessory stuck on her hand, the thoughtful worker volunteered to do it.

Footage shows the rider carefully slipping the black string under the ring wrapping the string around the finger so they could pull the ring out.

Thankful Thanyarat said: ‘We bought noodles from the delivery app and he came to deliver them. When I took the order from him he saw my red finger.

‘I didn't ask for help but he told he would do it for me because it's hard to do it alone.'

The customer added that the rider even volunteered to buy her a saw in case the thread hack she saw from the internet didn't work.

She said: ‘He even told me he would buy a saw if this didn't work out. He has his own problems to fix and there he was with me removing a gold ring stuck on my finger.

‘I am so grateful he was the one who accepted my booking that day.'

The delivery rider successfully removed the ring from Thanyarat's uninjured finger.
