Work has started for cleaning and policing the gold dome. It is being said that after the cleaning of the dome, once again the brightness of the dome of the Mahabodhi temple will return and its brightness will be scattered.

The 290 kg gold on the summit of the Mahabodhi temple is cleaned every three years, but the last time the corona epidemic was at the peak in 2020, due to which a 20-member team from Thailand was sent back. Now that the outbreak of corona virus is over, once again the work of cleaning the summit of the Mahabodhi temple has started.
