Van slams on breaks moment after overtaking just to exit the motorway
I was driving back home on M4 with cruise control and I was approaching slower moving car that I wanted to overtake. I've seen a fast approaching van in the mirror, once he passed me I jumped behind him. The van then decides to slam the breaks and pull into the space I just pulled out from, just to exit the motorway. There we nothing behind me so this move was ridiculous.
When I looked to my left I've seen him one hand in steering wheel and one hand holding the phone, perhaps this was the cause of distraction and reckless behaviour.
