Buddhist monks found a clever cleaning hack and used coconut husks to polish a temple's wooden floor.

Footage shows the men holding the dried fiber in each hand which they then used to simultaneously buff the flooring in Nakhon Ratchasima province, Thailand.

Temple visitor Sukkamol said he found the monks cleaning when he went to pray at the compound.

He said: "I felt peaceful and calm while watching them clean up the temple. Not everybody gets to see this in real life".

Buddhism is the official religion of Thailand and it is followed by more than 95 percent of the population.
