A passerby captured a bus driver confronting a van driver after they collided on a busy London road.

42-year-old Steve Jaundrill was in South London when he witnessed a London bus and a van collide on a busy high street and quickly pulled his phone out to capture the aftermath.

In the video, the van driver can be seen pulling over on double red lines so that they could swap details regarding the crash.

However, the bus driver moved forwards and blocked the two lane road and jumped out to begin taking pictures of the damage whilst confronting the van driver.

Passengers of the bus began coming out to see what was happening as angry drivers behind were beeping the pair before the bus eventually drove off.

Steven said: “A bus driver blocked the one way system road and left the bus engine on, leaving passengers confused as they disputed the actions of a van driver post collision.

“I couldn’t believe the driver had blocked a main road in a one way system by parking diagonally.”

Traffic For London were contacted for a statement but did not wish to comment.

A spokesperson for Holdsworth Foods said they were aware of the collision and believe the situation is resolved and they support their driver.

Their van driver had pulled over to stop and swap details with the bus driver but they did not want to give details.
