Ashley Lohr had reached the end of her tether when her neighbour refused to pay rubbish removal charges, meaning waste was spilling into the street for three months.

Ashley had to take matters into her own hands as the garbage was in front of her house and nowhere near the perpetrators property, so she went to shovel the trash into their yard after having to endure the smells and rodents that the had been attracted.

The footage captured in August in the state of Pennsylvania, shows a masked Ashley with spade in hand trying to move the heaps of rubbish off the road and into the yard of the neighbours whilst cussing and shouting.

The pile of waste was so big that it prevented vehicles full use of the street but according to Ashley, the trash was removed the very next day after three months of not paying the price for the service of trash removal.

Ashley said: "Myself and a few other neighbours reached out to the tenant at different times, yet they continued to stack trash.

"The trash is scattered all over the street, being rained on, baking in the hot sun, rodents are dragging trash onto other neighbours properties requiring pest-control.

"I decided to knock all of their trash into their yard. The VERY NEXT DAY, it was all cleaned up and disposed of.

"It was not an issue to them, until it was sprawled throughout their yard."
