Bridal Bouquet Throw Turns Into Stellar Proposal Surprise
Uploaded by a Newsflare content partner
This jaw-dropping moment came during another couple's reception, as the bride pretended to chuck a bouquet of flowers but instead she turned around and handed the bundle to one bridesmaid in particular, which prompted their partner to get down on one knee.
Rob Chiola's videography team were on-hand in November 2022, to capture the incredible moment at the wedding of Jayden Adams in Dade City, Florida, as she had her back turned to the bridal party and she prepared to throw her bouquet.
The tradition goes, the bride throws the bouquet over her head and the person who catches the flower are touted to be the next person to be married.
But in a pre-prepared plan by the bride and the her sister's partner, Jayden turned to the party and approached her bridesmaid, sister Jasmine Wilson, and handed the bundle over.
Jasmine was totally confused until she turned around and found her boyfriend on one knee presenting a glistening ring as the bride and her party were jumping for joy.
The video was posted by Rob and has since gathered over 28 million views.
Rob said: "I thought it was amazing that the bride was wanting and willing to share her special moment with her sister."
