Rescuers managed to pull out twins from under the rubble of a collapsed building in Gaziantep, Turkey, on February 7.

Footage filmed in Sehitkamil shows the moment the toddlers were both out from the debris. Some of the rescuers are heard laughing with joy as they lay their eyes on the twins covered in dust.

"A miracle is coming," one man is heard saying just before the boy's twin sister was removed.

The Turkish Police Service said in a statement: "Twin children were rescued about 40 hours after the wreckage of a collapsed building in Gaziantep. Together we are strong."

Local media has named the children as 18-month-old Amine Elcin and her twin brother Ahmet Erbay. Their parents, mum Pinar Karapirli and dad Ibrahim Karapirli, were also pulled from the rubble alive.

The toddlers were both taken to hospital for medical checks.
