At 12 o 'clock on February 14, 2023, the Yongning branch of the Nanning Public Security Bureau received a public alarm that a man had stabbed a woman on the second floor of a shopping mall on Liangdi Road, Yongning District, and then fled the scene. After receiving the alarm, the local police immediately organized police rushed to the scene to deal with the 120 to assist in treating the injured, and carry out the investigation and pursuit of suspects and other related work.
