Rae Nikitaras, 26, is from North Queensland, and is seen impulsively cutting her own hair using kitchen scissors.

After being tangled in long hair and seeing the TikTok trend of the ‘butterfly haircut’ inspired by Brad Mondo, Rae decided she wanted a drastic change.

“I grabbed whatever scissors I had laying around and just went for it, I just hacked at it and hoped for the best.” said Rae

Luckily, the haircut was successful and Rae was happy with her results.

The viral clip has since amassed over 3.6 million views on TikTok.
