This woman shared her experience of going to the hairdresser and trying to use a reference picture, unfortunately with jaw-dropping terrible results.

Angelica Miller captured what her hair looked like before she went to the stylist, describing how she was going to radically change her hair style in her home town of Phoenix, Arizona.

But after what she called 'the big chop' she was bitterly disappointed with the results as most of her hair was poorly cut, almost hacked at in some places and Angelica was quick to point out the errors.

Uneven edges, buzzed to the scalp in other places, Angelica said she was on the verge of tears when filming her analysis in her car.

Angelica said: "I decided to get my hair cut last minute and wanted to share the process with my followers because I thought it would turn out well.

"It did not turn out well at all. I showed the stylist a picture for reference and it was no where near what I wanted.

"I noticed that the stylist had cut it completely wrong and too short a little too late.

"When I saw how uneven and messed up it was, I told her where it looked uneven but she continue to cut and messed it up even more.

"I told her to just put the scissors down and ring me up because I wanted to leave once I got to my car to record how it went, I started to get really emotional and upset because it looked so horrible.

"I then walked back inside and asked her for a refund because that was not what I asked for she gave me the refund which was like $20 and I also even tipped her five knowing how she screwed my hair up."
