A flying tent crashed onto a roof after being ripped from the ground during windy weather.

Footage shows the 10ft-long structure soaring in the air before hitting the house in Loei province, Thailand on April 2.

The tent still had the metal pole attached to its edges which made a banging noise.

Resident Nattapong said: ‘The gust blew away the dust and soon the tent's roof was up in the air. We stayed indoors and secured the object when everything calmed down.'
