Experienced Pilot And Dad Of Four Dies In Helicopter Crash In Netanya, Israel

Video footage shows the aftermath of a helicopter crash near Netanya, Israel, which killed experienced pilot Omer Lerer, 64, who flew for El Al.
The crash occurred in a field, and it is suspected that the helicopter hit a power line. Firefighters can be seen hosing down the wreckage in the images.
The helicopter was operated by Chim-Nir Aviation out of Herzliya Airport, according to local media. Magen David Adom, Israel's national emergency services organization, received a report of the crash and provided medical assistance to a 50-year-old man who later died.
The investigation is still ongoing.
