A passenger, carrying luggage, slipped while boarding a moving train in northern India's Uttar Pradesh.

This incident happened at platform number one of Sultanpur railway station on May 16.

CCTV footage showed the passenger being dragged by the train. It was difficult for him to board the moving train with his luggage and thus, slipped and fell on the platform. He had held on to the train which caused him to get dragged by the vehicle.

The cops stationed at the spot rushed to his aid and dragged him away from the train. Had they not intervened on time, a tragedy could have happened. Railway Protection Force (RPF) cops Naman Kumar and Arun Kumar were the ones who helped the passenger and saved his life. The passenger was later identified as Mushtaq Sheikh, who was travelling from Sultanpur to Patna when this accident happened.

Fortunately, he didn't suffer any injuries in this mishap.
