A Russian tourist appeared to have overdone the partying when he was seen nodding off while sitting on his motorcycle in the middle of traffic.

Footage shows the middle-aged foreigner slumped face down while holding on to the handlebars for support on a road in 'Sin City' Pattaya, Thailand, on June 22.

A rescue team member approached him and woke him up, asking if he was fine. He looked dazed when the rescuer said to him: ‘Are you okay? Okay. I will carry you. Where you go?'

He also made hand gestures of thumbs up to the foreigner, but the tourist only answered in nods looking confused as he started his two-wheeler.

The rescuer said: ‘We contacted the police when it was reported to us. We also dispatched an ambulance in case he needed medical assistance.'

But upon inspecting the tourist, the team determined that the man was neither intoxicated nor sick from any medical condition.

The rescuer added: ‘He might have been under the influence of cannabis. We safely transported him back to his hotel.'
