Aerial footage of uncompleted residential buildings with stagnant water after rainstorm, Beihai, Guangxi, China, on August 2, 2023. Between several tall buildings, a huge pond stands between them, with rusty steel frames and giant cement columns faintly visible on the water surface. The construction of the pond ended in 1992, with 35 floors approved for construction, and it has not yet been completed.
