A tourist amazed passers-by when she joined a busker in Germany to sing a beautiful rendition of a pop song.

Nurse Ericca Jane Villagonzalo was spending her rest day with friends when they noticed street musician Giovanni Bassano outside Frankfurt's Old Opera House on July 31.

Ericca's companions, who were her choir mates from church, told Giovanni about the health worker's beautiful voice and so the man invited her to do a duet.

Footage shows nurse Ericca and the Italian singer performing ‘Shallow,' which is an original soundtrack from Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper's movie ‘A Star is Born.'

Ericca said: ‘My friends told me that I have to sing with him when he was about to perform his last song. They shouted ‘she wants to sing' and the guy said ‘okay let's try'.

The talented Filipina migrant worker finished the set with Giovanni who played an acoustic guitar to accompany the song while the crowd cheered for the duo as she hit the high notes.
