A casual camping weekend turned into a memorable escapade for two friends in Clayton, South Carolina, on August 11. One of the campers recounted the incident, saying, "We got a late start so after setting up my tent we built a fire and started cooking. Being in a hurry, I left my tent unzipped."

The shock came later that night when he was ready to retire to his one-man tent. "Around 1 am we decided to call it a night. I sat down inside of my one-man tent, took my shoes off, then saw a large snake crawling around to my right." The surprise was met with alarm, and he immediately informed his friend of the situation. "As you can imagine, I yelled and jumped out of my tent, told my friend what was going on, then the video picks up from there."
