The pup keeps trying to block the water jets with his paws and just ends up constantly getting sprayed in the face by the rhythmic fountain, making one wonder if he is attracted to the fountain's bobbing or just enjoying his bath.
The filmer kindly mentioned that the dog followed its owner away from the crowd just after having its fun, and it was only let off the leash due to his love of water.
