Shocking footage from Agachaul, Russia, shows a couple of teenagers deliberately knocking a young boy off his bike.

The video starts with the motorist reversing, cornering the cyclist against the side of the road.

A few moments later the car slams into the child, knocking him to the ground. He can be heard crying.

According to reports, the teenagers in the vehicle believed the cyclist had obstructed their path and decided to lash out at the young boy.

Hours after the incident, the young boy's family found the teenagers' car and set it on fire.

The regional Ministry of Internal Affairs confirmed the deliberate nature of the attack and detained the driver, who turned out to be a 16-year-old teenager.
