Diners tucked into a pork dish served in a giant sizzling pan in the Philippines.

Footage shows the hotel guests gathered around the oversized 5ft-diametre wok while scooping up a traditional Filipino dish called sisig in Manila on September 3.

To keep the massive serving of spicy, savoury food hot, eight hot lamps were pointed to it while at least ten people could dig into it simultaneously.

Sisig is a popular Filipino dish made from chopped deep-fried pork face and ears, pork belly, and mixed with diced chicken liver, which is usually seasoned with a local variety of lime, onions, and chilli peppers.
