In a display of solidarity with the Palestinian people, tens of thousands of Algerians took to the streets across the nation on Thursday to condemn the ongoing attacks on the Gaza Strip.
   
In the capital city of Algiers, crowds gathered in a massive show of support for Gaza, as they marched through the capital's main streets, before staging a sit-in at the Martyrs Square.
   
Waving Palestinian and Algerian flags, demonstrators passionately chanted pro-Gaza slogans, demanding justice for the lives lost and calling for an end to Israel's violence against civilians.
   
The demonstrators voiced their demands for a free Palestine and urged the international community to intervene immediately.
   
They called on world leaders to pressure Israel to lift blockade on Gaza and cease its attacks, emphasizing the urgent need for opening the border crossings and delivering aid, medicines, and medical supplies to the people of Gaza.
   
Similar marches and demonstrations were organized in various Algerian provinces, showcasing the Algerian people's unity in standing with Palestine during these challenging times.
