In a recent incident at a boat ramp in Florida, firefighters and divers sprang into action when an SUV, attempting to lower a boat into the water, ended up submerged. The Naples Fire-Rescue Department promptly responded to the emergency, as detailed in a Facebook post.

The department received a report of "a vehicle submerged in water at the boat ramp" and swiftly arrived on the scene. Fortunately, all the occupants of the vehicle managed to safely evacuate before the SUV sank beneath the water.

According to the department, the mishap occurred when the driver was in the process of launching their boat. The vehicle inadvertently slid down the ramp and into the water, leading to the need for rescue divers to recover the submerged SUV and its trailer.

The operation successfully retrieved the vehicle with the assistance of a tow truck, ensuring a safe resolution to the unexpected situation.
