The China International Import Expo (CIIE) offers a unique opportunity for global exporters to access the vast Chinese market, Gizat Worku, general manager of the Ethiopian Coffee Exporters Association has said.

"China International Import Expo is unique by its nature because it is calling the importers, sellers to come to China and sell products to Chinese buyers or consumers.
20 percent of the world's population is Chinese. 20 percent of the world's population is getting and spending more money to buy from all over the world. So, it is an opportunity to the world itself."

Noting that the demand for Ethiopian coffee in the Chinese market is witnessing a dramatic increase, Worku said that his association envisions exploring the vast Chinese market by providing desired high-quality products and delivery standards.
