"This is Anhui's Huangshan Maofeng green tea. This is Anhui's Huangjinya green tea.
It's destiny. I started learning Chinese Kung Fu more than 10 years ago. While learning Kung Fu, I started drinking tea, and gradually became fond of it.
As one of my Russian friends was studying tea science in Fuzhou, China, and I thought I could go there, too. Let me have a try. In 2019, I was admitted to Anhui Agricultural University, and I was very happy.
There are different evaluation criteria for each kind of tea.
Now, we can look at the color of the tea soup. Next, we can smell the aroma. Then, we can drink it.
I usually have green tea when I get up in the morning, and black tea or oolong tea in the afternoon. I think drinking tea can help me learn more knowledge and stay healthy.
If I have time, usually during vacations, I would like to take the high-speed railway to the tea-producing areas in Anhui, such as Huangshan, Qimen, or Lu'an to visit tea makers. I enjoy getting to know them, chatting and drinking tea with them.
Nowadays, more and more people in Russia prefer drinking tea and want to learn more about it. I want to help them distinguish what is good tea."
